Product Principle

MSpower DVR Main Power Circuit Schematic

The rectifier module performs AC/DC conversion, the super energy storage system stores energy, and the inverter module outputs inverted power. The DVR dynamic voltage regulation device achieves seamless switching between inverter output and grid power through a static switch.

When the device detects that the grid voltage exceeds the normal set value, the DVR switches the power supply mode for the load from grid power to energy storage inverter power. The rapid switching process is typically completed within about 2ms. When the grid voltage returns to within the safe threshold, the system automatically switches back to grid operation.

Initial power-on requires a basic preparation process for system self-check, pre-charging of the energy storage system, and grid voltage synchronization. If the self-check is normal, the grid-side static switch closes, and power is supplied by the grid voltage. The energy storage unit charges automatically, and the inverter remains on standby. If the self-check is abnormal, the bypass contactor closes, and an alarm is output. If the DVR dynamic voltage regulation device has insufficient stored energy during inverter power supply, the system will no longer judge the grid voltage condition and will directly switch to grid power supply to ensure power reliability.
